If you have pets, the staff here are really accommodating, the rooms are well-equipped, and its location is convenient, near many stores.

The room was reasonably large and quiet with a fireplace and a nice jacuzzi, had everything we wanted. The pool was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was good, a magnificent home away from home in a college town.

The hotel is conveniently located in a magnificent spot, making it feel like a home away from home in a college town. Additionally, it's situated near Cedar Falls and various restaurants and shops. The room was equipped with central heating, a personal safe, and a wide selection of television channels. The bath was spacious and everything was in perfect condition.

I loved its marvelous location, just a stone's throw away from Cedar Falls, a vibrant college town filled with numerous stores and restaurants. Additionally, the United Church of Christ was conveniently located just 3 miles away.

Every visit to Cedar Falls we like to stay here. It's a spacious hotel, nice breakfast. The property is set in a comfortable location just off restaurants and Cedar Falls.

Great and friendly accommodation

Very pleasant staff. Quiet and fine rooms with 2 queen beds, whirlpool, and fireplace. Excellent service and great value.

The beds were comfortable and each well-equipped room had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The breakfast with toast and sausage was particularly nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, with all three rooms we stayed in being very clean. There was only a minor issue on one night with a couple of hairs on a blanket. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cozy lobby area that made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread in the mornings was nice, and we also enjoyed the cocktail hour in the evening. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated their pet-friendly policy. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made a big difference for me as a pregnant guest. We also found the constant fan option on the heater/AC helpful for a good night's sleep.

This place is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, a college town, a university area, and just a mile away from Prairie Lake's Church.

I appreciated the well-equipped and good-sized rooms. The professional staff was great. The room with a whirlpool and fireplace was a nice touch. The pool was nice and relaxing. I enjoyed having mixed drinks in the coffee bar. The location was comfy for me. This was an enjoyable stay for a family vacation.
